Every ministry must
look to the future expecting that God will bless it for His
glory. We at HRC have seen
the Lord’s blessing through the years and await with great
expectation His continued blessing upon our future construction.
Buildings and land are tools to be used to further the Lord’s
work upon this earth. Let us share with you tools that we
are expecting to use in building the Lord’s body in Zimbabwe.
Marriage
Retreat Housing
Marriage and Family retreats and seminars are the next
phase of our camp ministry. Reaching the youth is our priority
and reaching
out to the family is part of the outreach.
We are developing eighteen marriage retreat houses for
couples. But while Marriage Retreats are not operating these
houses
will be used to double the size of our Youth Camps and
Retreats.
Kitchen/DiningHall//Showers
and Toilets
For Marriage Retreat
Complex
This unit will cater to Marriage Retreat units. Separating
adults form youth. This will offer the opportunity of running
two camps at the same time.
Conference/Medial Facility
The Conference/Medical Facility will serve the community
with medical help and spiritual guidance. Many doctors and
medical professionals
have left the country. This is due mostly to the economic
hardships facing Zimbabwe. It is our prayer that doctors
of many professions
would come and use the facility to care for the needs of
1000’s.

Guest Housing
This facility will provide housing for doctors and others who may come to assist
in Christian training and development of nationals.
Mission Houses for Mission Groups
from
outside Zimbabwe
This complex is used at the moment as an overflow to cater for more youth campers.
But the goal is to build another house that will be housing for men so that
separate sleeping quarters are provided for overseas mission teams.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is a great help to any week of camp. When the temperature
reaches 100’F or better, this will be a great asset in cooling youth
down and a good substitute for bathing for those who do not take a bath…
Chapel building
This chapel will provide excellent opportunities for reaching the community
for Christ. Zimbabwe still has a large portion of the population that practices
ancestral worship and animistic thinking. It is our prayer that somewhere
in the future we will have this Chapel to assist with meeting places during
weeks of camp and an evangelistic outreach to the surrounding community.
